PALJA

Terms of Service

Effective 24 August 2026

1.What PALJA is

PALJA derives a Saju (Korean four-pillars) chart from the birth details you enter and returns written interpretations of personality patterns, relationships and working style. Everything is delivered online; nothing is shipped.

The readings are written for self-understanding and cultural interest.

2.Using the service

Using PALJA means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.

Most features need a chart, which means entering a birth date, time and place. You can use PALJA without an account; signing in keeps your chart and your purchases across devices.

3.Paid features and payment

Some readings are paid. The price and currency shown at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply.

Payment is handled by an external payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

4.Cancellation and refunds

Digital content is delivered the moment a purchase completes. Under Korean law (전자상거래법 제17조), the right to withdraw from a purchase is limited once delivery of digital content has begun.

Anything you have bought but not yet opened can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

If a reading fails to open, or differs materially from how it was described, write to us and we will refund it.

5.What the readings are, and are not

Interpretations describe patterns. They do not predict events, do not give lucky or unlucky dates, and never instruct you to act.

They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions about your life remain yours.

The chart is currently produced by a placeholder engine and is not a verified traditional 만세력 calculation. The app states this where the chart is shown.

6.Your data

Your birth details and readings are stored in your browser. If you sign in, a copy is kept on your account so they reach your other devices.

“Reset PALJA” in Settings deletes them from this device and from your account at the same time. What you have paid for stays on your account, so a reset is not a refund.

The Privacy page describes this in full.

7.What you may not do

Do not resell, redistribute or bulk-extract the readings, and do not use automated means to scrape the service.

8.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumer disputes follow 전자상거래법 and the dispute resolution standards published by the Korea Fair Trade Commission.
